We all deserve a sweet frozen dessert now and again, but it’s wise to balance indulgences with a bit of physical activity. Here are a few easy, everyday exercises you can try that will counter the few extra calories you enjoy during a visit to Frenzi Frozen Yogurt:
Plie Squat — Live your Nutcracker fantasies with this ballerina-inspired move. Stand tall with feet wider than shoulders, legs straight, abs engaged, and toes turned out at a 45-degree angle. Inhale and bend only your knees—not your waist—until your thighs are nearly parallel to the floor.
Core Contraction — While seated place both hands on your stomach. Inhale and expand your belly, feeling your hands move out. Exhale and contract your abdominals, pulling them in toward your spine. Maintain the contraction for 30 counts (don’t forget to breathe!) Repeat 10 times
